Jenifer is a graduate of Liberty University and has a BS degree in nursing. She has been a Registered Nurse for 30 years. Jenifer has 10 years of Assisted Living experience as a Regional Nurse and an Executive Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Virginia. Jenifer’s strengths are in clinical management, resident satisfaction, and memory care.

Jenifer shares her life with her husband David, has 2 adult sons, and a grandson that is the apple of her eye. In her free time Jenifer likes to spend time with her family and enjoys family get togethers.

Fun Fact: Jenifer and her husband rescue and adopt long term and chronically ill dogs from the local pound. Currently they have 6 dogs.

With more than 17 years of experience in senior living, she considers it an honor to serve our community. The relationships between her and our residents are unparalleled in the business. Whether it be to see what high heels she is wearing, or an urgent need, Fran is the go-to gal for the residents. In her free time, Fran loves spending time with her two daughters and spoiling her grandchildren.
